How it works

The health coaching process starts with an initial assessment where the coach learns about your health, lifestyle, goals, and challenges. Information gathered helps create a personalized action plan. Based on this initial session you can both decide if you are a good fit to work together.

I provide a renewable 3-month or 6-month health coaching program where we will meet every two weeks to assist you in making lifestyle changes. Our holistic health and lifestyle coaching goes beyond just food. Here's what you can expect:


  • Learn about nutrition tailored to your body type and goals.
  • Focus on foods that nourish your soul, known as Primary Foods.
  • Achieve balance in career, spirituality, relationships, finances, and emotional stability.
  • Achieve balance in Primary Foods to fuel your physical body and empower you to live your best life.


To get started:

  • Schedule a free 45-minute initial assessment to define your health and life goals.
  • Fill out necessary forms to customize the program for the next 3 or 6 months.
  • Develop an action plan based on your goals.



The program features:

  • Bi-weekly health coaching sessions.
  • Unlimited email support and accountability.
  • Recipes, cooking tips, workout ideas, handouts, and personalized materials.
  • Guidance to reshape your perspective on food and lifestyle.
